HeyyHealer

Mind Your Purpose. Find Your Movement.

I am deeply connected to the training in ancient wisdom and sacred practices from indigenous & story medicine, devotional practices, and rituals. Combining over 12 years of professional and clinical knowledge, my work is rooted in integrative medicine, clinical herbalism, sacred somatic movement for the nervous system, and healing on a cellular level. Some of my favorite healing modalities include yoga nidra, writing, acupuncture, cupping, sacred and sensual somatic activation, herbal energetics, Kemetic fire breathing, intuitive readings, Human Design, and orgasmic living. Today, I am cultivating life as a Spiritual Doula, ceremonialist, alchemist, and author; facilitating spiritual immersion retreats, offering 1:1 ceremony, meditation, and RestPortals™ for deepening the breath and body through conscious sleep.
